We realize your wedding & reception is the most important day in two people’s lives, and the entertainment can make or break the reception.  That’s why we do whatever it takes to ensure that the big day is a complete success. 

We start by discussing the vision you have for your wedding and wedding reception.  Once you have reserved your date with us, we encourage a lot of communication in the months before your event, so that we can customize the wedding to your vision.  We start with emailing you a login and password to our complimentary “On-line Planning Forms” where you can do the following:

 
  1. Music Requests – You can add songs to your “Must Play”, “Play If Possible” & “Do Not Play Lists…  You can even listen to clips of the songs through your Itunes, and see the lyrics!  If you are stuck on an idea for a certain event we even offer a Music Suggestion tool on the forms that will give you ideas for first dances, party songs & more!
  2. Ceremony & Reception Planning Forms:  Keep in mind we have over 15 years experience in the wedding field, our planning forms contain every possible ceremony/reception tradition.  You can check yes or no to each item and customize the song for each event.
  3. Event Timeline:  You can give us a detailed (Or Rough Idea) of the timeline you envision for your event.
  4. On-Line Payments:  To make the planning aspect more convenient, we even offer online payments.
Once we have these planning forms completed, we will meet with you approximately 30 days before your event to go over all of these details with your assigned DJ.  Your DJ will also act as the Emcee to make all announcements from start to finish, so you and your newlywed can sit back, relax, and enjoy the day, and not have to worry about small details.
 
All aspects of your event are considered including the setup, DJ attire, introductions, announcements, formal dances, and song choices, lighting colors etc.  We are willing to help with anything to make your wedding exceptional.
 
On the wedding day, we arrive to do our complimentary set up at least an hour prior to our scheduled start time to make sure everything is ready. You’ll see us coordinating with the other vendors so that the event continues to move along smoothly.  Our DJs are professional, experienced, approachable, and completely open-minded.  They have a knack for keeping the dance floor full while catering to the wide range of age groups.  The volume is kept at just the right level and music requests are always welcome.  Every performance is done with style and class, setting the stage for a magical evening that your guests will fondly remember.
 
Remember We offer DJ Entertainment, decor/up-lighting, Photobooth, and production lighting services, including cold sparks! This means we can customize your wedding package and offer you discounts to keep your overall expenses down!
